These are the kinds of starting points behind the next chapter of RheumaView.
Two important additions are now in development.
ai.rheumaview.com will bring together our work in clinical AI evaluation, safety, and simulation—a focused professional resource built around methods, evidence, and practical applications.
dr.rheumaview.com is where I am building something much more personal: Rheumatology in Perspective—a place to explore the questions, connections, and clinical details that make this specialty so fascinating.
Here is a glimpse of what is taking shape:
- For patients who want to understand more: detailed explanations of symptoms, blood tests, imaging, and treatment choices, with room for complexity and uncertainty. Patient materials are being developed in English, Russian, Spanish, and Polish.
- For professionals who enjoy a difficult question: in-depth disease explorations, diagnostic crossroads, rheumatic emergencies, and cases that ask you to commit to a decision before revealing the next piece of information.
- For curious readers on either side of the consultation: thoughtful explorations of nutrition, hormones, pain, emerging therapies, and the connections between rheumatology and other fields—including subjects where established evidence and promising hypotheses need to be examined carefully.
The experience matters as much as the material. Visual explanations, interactive cases, quizzes, and connected reading pathways are being developed so that a single question can lead naturally into a deeper exploration. Extensive modules on vasculitis and Sjögren’s disease are among the projects underway.
Throughout the site, you will find my clinical perspective: what catches my attention, what makes me reconsider an explanation, and which questions I believe deserve more thoughtful answers.
I want this to be a place you return to because the next visit gives you something worth thinking about.
