CASCADE page updated — TYK2 mechanism-of-action film added

The public CASCADE page has been updated. A new short animated illustration — a class-level, brand-neutral selective TYK2 inhibitor mechanism-of-action film — has been added to demonstrate Cascade’s captioned MoA style. It tracks each step of the pathway, from cytokine engagement through allosteric inhibition at the JH2 pseudokinase domain.

See the full update on the CASCADE public information page →

Note: CASCADE remains a private, by-request platform. Only a small selection of components is shown in the public demo — full eight-phase modules, with clinical narrative, evidence, scoring, and sponsor configuration, are scoped privately and built only by request.
